Oracle Fusion SCM Functional – Procurement Consultant 📍 Location: United States 📄 Employment Type: Contract/ 1099 🛂 Work Authorization: US Citizen, GC, H1B Require Experience in federal (Mandatory) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Procurement Consultant with strong end-to-end implementation expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement . The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge, hands-on implementation skills, and proven success in delivering solutions for complex procurement environments. Mandatory Skills & Experience Supply Chain : 8+ years of functional experience. Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud : Strong hands-on implementation expertise (mandatory). Lifecycle Implementations : Minimum 2 full Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations. Oracle EBS : Prior Supply Chain implementation exposure preferred. Functional experience in any combination of: Procurement / Inventory / Manufacturing / Order to Cash / Costing . Experience working with US Public Sector projects . Require Experience in federal (Mandatory) Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing consulting skills. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of public sector procurement processes and regulatory requirements. Experience with integrations , reporting tools (OTBI/BIP), or data migration concepts.
