Oracle Cloud Integration Specialist
SOFTLINE TECHNOLOGYDescription Responsibilities Design, update the existing integration solutions to move data between on-premise and cloud solutions using Oracle technology such as Integration Cloud, Oracle Data Integrator, and custom PL/SQL. Assess and conduct performance tuning o Experience Requirements Onsite Work Environment : The successful candidate is expected to work 7.25 hours per calendar day between the standard working hours of 8:00-5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) every Monday to Friday inclusive at the identified OPS office location. Required Experience Extensive experience configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Core HR, and Talent Management. Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HDL, reporting (OTBI/BI Publisher), workflow configuration, security administration, and end-to-end business process optimization. Proven ability to lead complex cloud transformation initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and provide production support in large enterprise environments. 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience (or equivalent Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM experience). Hands-on experience configuring and supporting one or more Oracle Fusion Cloud modules: Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Core HR Talent Management Payroll ERP Financials Procurement Supply Chain Management (SCM) Experience leading or supporting Oracle Cloud implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements into Oracle Fusion configurations. Experience with testing, deployment, and post-production support. Technical Skills Oracle Fusion Configuration Setup and configuration of Oracle Fusion modules. Security roles, data access, and workflow configuration. Application Composer and Page Composer customization. Approval workflows and business rules configuration. Integration & Data Management Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). HCM Data Loader (HDL). File-Based Data Import (FBDI). REST and SOAP APIs. Data migration and conversion activities. Interface design and troubleshooting. Reporting & Analytics OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence). BI Publisher. Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). Dashboard and report development. Functional Knowledge Recruitment lifecycle management (for ORC-focused roles). HR business processes and employee lifecycle. Financial management processes. Procurement and sourcing workflows.
