Operations Support – Catering Warehouse & Delivery

We’re looking for an organized, dependable Operations Support team member to help keep our warehouse and deliveries running smoothly. About the Role Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll help plan and run the warehouse operations that support our catered events. You’ll pack, deliver, set up, and pick up event orders, keep our warehouse clean and our inventory accurate, manage rentals, and make sure equipment is handled safely. If you like staying busy, solving problems on the fly, and seeing an event come together, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Pack, load, deliver, set up, and pick up event orders according to the delivery schedule Complete daily and weekly opening and closing duties Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Pack event materials with consistency and accuracy Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing rentals accurately Keep our vehicles clean and report any maintenance issues Serve as event expo when assigned Help with weekly needs lists and run operational errands Enforce safety practices in the warehouse Act as a link between the Operations, Sales, and Kitchen teams Share ideas for improving efficiency and profitability Represent A Spice of Life positively with staff and clients every day What We’re Looking For Valid driver’s license (required) Availability to work weekends and holidays Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or catering (preferred) Understanding of warehouse workflows and inventory processes Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to make sound decisions under pressure to keep events on track Comfortable communicating with Operations, Sales, kitchen staff, vendors, and clients Ability to hold yourself and others accountable to safety standards Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move equipment up to 40 lbs On your feet and moving throughout the warehouse and at event sites Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Ready to join the team?
