Operations Supervisor

This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence transit depot performance while developing your managerial skills in a fast-paced retail setting.put up bus stops Responsibilities Supervise daily QUCIK operations, including inventory management, bus stops activities, at quick transit supervisor for buses Lead and motivate the retail sales team through effective training, coaching, and employee orientation to maximize productivity. Oversee employee scheduling, shift management, and ensure adequate staffing levels for optimal store performance. Manage purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maintain inventory control and meet sales targets. Conduct interviewing and recruiting efforts to attract talented candidates; participate in onboarding and training processes. Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, returns, and refunds; ensure accurate bookkeeping and payroll processing. Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment. Requirements Proven supervisory experience within the retail industry, with a strong background in sales team management and operational oversight. Demonstrated skills in negotiation, management communication, and leadership to effectively guide teams toward goals. Knowledge of retail math including pricing, budgeting, inventory control, and cash handling procedures. Experience with POS systems, purchasing processes, merchandising, stock management, and inventory management tools. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately; strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff on retail store product knowledge and operational procedures.
