We’re seeking an experienced and driven Operations Supervisor to manage our warehouse storage and fulfillment operations in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. What You’ll Do: As the Operations Supervisor, you will take charge of: Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping & receiving, and labor scheduling. Leading and supervising warehouse staff, ensuring safe and efficient workflows. Maintaining high standards of customer service—fast, friendly, and accurate. Managing productivity goals and driving continuous improvement. Ensuring property security, including alarm response after hours. Participating in hiring, promotions, and performance feedback for warehouse staff. Supporting general labor and forklift operations as needed to maintain flow. Key Responsibilities: Load/unload deliveries and customer orders. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory through regular counts. Operate forklifts and delivery vehicles (must be licensed). Ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with Branch, Sales, and Production Managers to hit business goals. Assist in warehouse and property maintenance and cleanliness. Education & Licensing: High School Diploma or GED required Valid Driver’s License required Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain Experience: 3+ years of supervisory experience, ideally in warehouse or fulfillment environments Experience with building materials (especially roofing products) is a strong plus Skills: Strong organizational and leadership abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, warehouse software) Strong reasoning, math, and communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Why Join Us?
