Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their shopping experience Operate the cash register (POS system) accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and drawer balancing Conduct product demonstrations and upselling to promote featured items and increase sales revenue Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and maintaining store organization to ensure an inviting shopping environment Utilize strong communication skills to answer customer inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and clarity Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, processing shipments, and participating in stock replenishment activities Demonstrate product knowledge to educate customers on features, benefits, and usage of various items Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; a passion for customer service is essential Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math calculations Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in guiding team members or managing store tasks Bilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively serve diverse customer bases Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening skills Ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as merchandising, cashiering, and customer assistance simultaneously Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory counts Join us as an Operations / Sales Associate and become an integral part of a lively team committed to delivering memorable shopping experiences!
