Operations & Sales Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Operations & Sales Associate to join our growing wholesale & distribution team. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn about all different aspects of business and Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, providing knowledgeable assistance and product demos to enhance their shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cash drawer management Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and maintaining organized product presentation Conduct upselling by recommending complementary products and promoting special offers to maximize sales opportunities Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments Supervise daily store activities, including supervising staff or volunteers when applicable, ensuring smooth operations Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store products, including features and benefits, to effectively communicate with customers Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with stock replenishment procedures Experience Prior retail/wholesale sales experience preferred, especially in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated supervising or leadership experience is a plus Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math calculations required Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers professionally and courteously Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and stock management practices preferred Familiarity with customer service standards, phone etiquette, and upselling strategies is essential Korean speaking is preferred Join us as an Operations & Sales Associate and become a vital part of a team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while driving store success.
