Location: Doral, Miami, FL Job Summary: The Operations Order Management Analyst (bilingual) manages the entire order process, from the initial order entry to the final delivery. This role requires close coordination with various departments, including sales, warehouse, and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders. The analyst is also responsible for resolving any issues that arise during the order process, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Order Management: Receive and process incoming orders from customers via phone, email, or online platforms (Shopify, Truecommerce, SPS commerce, Amazon, TikTok, Ulta, Walmart, Ebay, etc). Verify the accuracy of orders, including product details, quantities, and pricing. Enter and update orders in the company's order management system. Ensure orders are processed according to customer requirements and company policies. Order Processing: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Ensure orders are processed and shipped on time to meet the ETA requirements defined by the customer. Ensure products are packaged according to the configuration and specifications requested by the customer. Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, conducting inventory counts, and restocking shelves as needed. Quality Control: Inspecting products for quality and accuracy before shipping. Shipping and Receiving: Managing incoming shipments, verifying contents, and organizing storage. Equipment Operation: Using tools and machinery (like forklifts, pallet jack) to move products safely. Team Collaboration: Working with team members to meet production and fulfillment goals. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of inventory and shipments. Safety Compliance: Following safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the order processing cycle. Work with relevant departments to troubleshoot and prevent future problems. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in order processing, customer service, or a similar role. Experience with order management software and systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, Amazon FBA, FBT, EDI platforms). Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes. Experience with quotes for E-Commerce delivery companies. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Bilingual (English - Spanish). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Other Requirements: Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary. Working Conditions: Full-time position with standard office hours (7:30am to 4:30pm) Pay: From $21.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
