Job Summary Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the company’s operational and support departments, ensuring efficient daily operations, inventory accuracy, sanitation compliance, quality and food safety standards, material availability, and alignment between operations and sales objectives. This position supports operational decision-making by working closely with the Operations Director and Sales team to maintain productivity, service levels, operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and compliance with quality and food safety requirements throughout the organization. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations across operational and support departments. Oversee sanitation processes and ensure compliance with company and food safety standards. Manage materials, inventory control and operational supply needs. Coordinate operational activities with the Sales team and Operations Director. Support operational planning to ensure product availability and customer service requirements. Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements. Ensure efficient use of labor, materials and operational resources. Supervise warehouse flow, inventory accuracy and operational controls. Lead and support department supervisors and operational teams. Participate in operational decision-making and problem-solving initiatives. Maintain safe, organized and efficient operational environments. Monitor KPIs related to productivity, inventory, waste and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve company goals. Ensure compliance with quality assurance, food safety, sanitation, and operational standards. Requirements Experience managing warehouse and operational processes. Knowledge of inventory control, materials management and operational workflows. Experience with operational reporting and performance metrics. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational systems. Knowledge of sanitation and food safety procedures preferred. Experience with process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives. Education and Knowledge Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred. Bilingual (English & Spanish) required. Knowledge of warehouse and operational management processes. Knowledge of inventory control and materials management. Understanding of sanitation, safety and operational compliance standards. Knowledge of operational planning and workflow coordination. Experience with productivity and performance metrics. Knowledge of cost control and operational efficiency practices. Understanding of supply chain and distribution operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and operational reporting tools. HACCP Certification preferred. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Yellow Belt certification preferred. Hazmat training preferred. First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
