Overview We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth, efficient service. This role is perfect for someone passionate about retail management and customer service, with a knack for leadership and organizational skills. As an Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind maintaining high standards, managing staff, and optimizing store performance. Duties Lead and supervise the retail team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals. Oversee inventory management, including stock control, purchasing, and merchandising to maximize profitability. Manage daily store operations such as cash handling, POS system usage, and cashiering to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to foster a knowledgeable and motivated team. Handle recruiting efforts by interviewing candidates and selecting qualified personnel for various roles. Implement operational procedures related to pricing, sales management, and store merchandising to enhance customer experience. Maintain organizational standards by supervising shift management, scheduling staff, and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations. Experience Proven management experience within the retail or food service industry, preferably with supervisory or assistant manager roles. Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and team management. Familiarity with POS systems, inventory control tools, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and cash handling procedures. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases. Demonstrated leadership in retail sales team management with excellent communication skills. Experience in retail math including budgeting, pricing strategies, and sales analysis. Ability to effectively train staff on retail store product knowledge, operational management practices, and customer service standards.
