This is a run-the-building role: you own revenue growth, you build the team, and you keep clients. The role: day-to-day operations of our RiNo training facility at 3330 Larimer St. You own the revenue trend - lead procurement, fast lead response, and lead-to-schedule-to-show-to-close conversion. You hire, develop, and lead the training team. You own client retention. You hold the standard on the floor and in the numbers. What we're looking for: - Proven closer and team builder - you have sold and you have led, ideally in fitness or a related service business - A track record of growing revenue at a location or business you ran - not just maintaining it - You develop people; you hold them accountable with a backbone - Hungry, humble, and coachable; looking for a long-term place to build, not a stepping stone - You use AI tools in your daily work and teach yourself new systems fast - this is a requirement, not a nice-to-have Compensation: $60,000-$85,000 base salary depending on experience, plus uncapped performance commission tied directly to location revenue.
