We are hiring an Operations Manager in our Corpus Christi, TX Branch - to lead warehouse and installation operations for our Corpus Christi branch. This role is responsible for driving performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading a team that delivers consistent, high-quality results for our customers.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to drive performance and accountability
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including material handling, load-outs, and order fulfillment
- Ensure all installations are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and monthly audits to maintain accuracy and availability
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure scheduling, execution, and service expectations are met
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, including delays, damages, or service concerns
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance across warehouse and operational activities
- Inspect warehouse layout, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational readiness
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to drive operational results

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field or 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, warehouse, or related field
- Proven experience managing teams and driving operational performance
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license required
