The Restaurant Operations Administrator performs variety of administrative tasks inside of the restaurant, such as: 

· Creates and manages all FOH and BOH schedules and ensures regular staff attendance. 

· Orders restaurant supplies and maintains par levels.

· Inventory control of kitchen supplies and materials.

· Review and process weekly payroll for entire restaurant, ensuring accurate and complete hours and tips on a daily basis.

· Responsible for miscellaneous projects such as assisting in coordinating catering of functions or showcases.

· Perform HR support duties to include screening applicants, scheduling interviews and processing i9s through e-verify.
