RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Professionalism - we value teamwork, creating a cohesive work environment, and pride ourselves on the service we provide our customers.
  • Manage cell and office phone accounts
  • Work with technical trainer to facilitate training schedules
  • Assist in training of personnel at branches on all aspects of the business
  • Build maintenance contracts for sales support
  • Work with Regional Managers on special projects
  • Work with IT on special projects
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the efficient handling and control of the parts and service department. Manage day to day operations of the branch

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the facility
  • Protect equipment and parts inventory
  • Control PACE - (Profit after Controllable Expenses)
  • Dispatch and control the service dept.- provide technician needs to complete jobs
  • Manage Service labor
  • Manage parts and service departments
  • Build and sustain customer relationships
  • Work with sales and rental department on distribution of equipment
  • Manage account receivables as necessary
  • Assure all invoices (a/p) are paid in a timely manner
  • Perform branch safety inspections
  • Maintain building and grounds, general maintenance and repairs
  • Follow-up on service opportunities in a timely manner
  • File warranty claims in a timely manner
  • Manage performance of branch staff, complete annual reviews
  • Other duties as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS (Skills, Technology, and Physical Requirements)

  • Valid driver’s license and must meet General Liability driving requirements in order to operate a company vehicle when necessary.
  • Previous management experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to read and understand financial statements
