OPERATIONS MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Responsible for the efficient handling and control of the parts and service department. Manage day-to-day operations of the branch

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the facility
• Protect equipment and parts inventory
• Provide a customer centric solutions providing approach that meets and exceeds our customers expectations.
• Dispatch and control the service dept.
• Provide technicians with the tools (training, support, and parts) needed to complete jobs
• Manage Service labor
• Manage the parts and service departments
• Provide professional and accurate invoices
• Build and sustain customer relationships
• Work with the sales and rental department on the distribution of equipment
• Other duties as assigned by management

OPERATIONS MANAGER REQUIREMENTS (Skills, Technology, and Physical Requirements)

• Valid driver’s license and must meet General Liability driving requirements to operate a company vehicle when necessary.
• Professionalism - we value teamwork, creating a cohesive work environment, and pride ourselves on the service we provide our customers.
• Basic Computer skills and ability to understand P&L statements
• Exceptional communications skills
