Operations Manager

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Full Time Operations Manager to lead and optimize daily spa operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and smooth business performance Thursday-Sunday. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for luxury customer service. Duties Answering calls and scheduling appointments Oversee daily store operations such as opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS system management, and customer service excellence Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and inventory control Checking Detox Den members in and making sure the Sauna and Cold Plunge Detox Den is always flipped and ready to go for each member. This includes cleaning between and restocking robes, towels and water Coordinate scheduling shifts and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations Reporting any and all bad conduct to the owner and monitoring team performance Periodically checking restrooms and making sure everything is clean and tidy throughout the day Requirements Proven experience in reception and/or concierge Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and communicate effectively across diverse groups Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling procedures and inventory management Exceptional interpersonal skills with phone etiquette expertise and a customer service-oriented mindset Ability to manage time effectively while supervising multiple store functions such as merchandising, stocking, shift management, and cashiering Join our team as a Full Time Operations Manager where your leadership will shape the success of our Wellness Center!
