Duties Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems management, and customer service standards Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, pricing strategies, and stockroom organization to maximize sales opportunities Coordinate purchasing activities, negotiate with vendors, and oversee procurement processes to ensure optimal product availability Monitor sales performance metrics, manage budgets, and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while controlling costs Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational procedures across all store functions Experience Demonstrated proficiency in supervising staff through effective communication skills and managerial leadership techniques Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Join us as an Operations Manager to lead our retail team toward success!
