Operations & Fulfillment Associate

Job Description Modisoft is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as an Operations & Fulfillment Associate . This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, and hardware setup. No previous experience is required. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, works well with others, and pays attention to detail. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Prepare, package, label, and ship hardware and equipment to customers. Assist with setting up and testing basic POS hardware and accessories. Receive deliveries, organize inventory, and help maintain accurate stock records. Keep the warehouse and work areas clean, safe, and organized. Assist with tracking shipments, processing returns, and handling equipment replacements. Prepare hardware and supplies for customer orders, events, and company projects. Pack and organize marketing materials and equipment for company events and trade shows. Work with different departments to help with daily operational needs. Assist with basic inventory counts and report missing or low-stock items. Help with general office, warehouse, and administrative tasks as needed. Safely lift and move boxes and equipment weighing up to approximately 50 lbs. Occasionally travel (up to 10–20%) to assist with company events and trade shows. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. No college degree or previous work experience required. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately. Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team. Comfortable working with basic technology and equipment. Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to approximately 50 lbs. Willingness to travel occasionally for company events.
