HomePoint is looking for a Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our field service team. In this role, you won't just be filling a calendar—you will be organizing quarterly schedules for our entire customer base, optimizing daily routes for peak technician efficiency, and ensuring our team has the exact parts they need before they ever step out the door. What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities) Master the Calendar: Own the quarterly scheduling for HomePoint’s routine home service customer base, ensuring predictable, timely visits. Optimize Field Routes: Design and continuously adjust daily technician schedules to maximize route density, minimizing drive time and maximizing hands-on service time. Prep the Team for Success: Track and stage all necessary maintenance materials and parts ahead of scheduled visits so field technicians are always fully equipped. Close the Loop: Conduct proactive post-visit follow-ups with customers via phone or email to ensure total satisfaction and gather valuable feedback. Bridge the Communication Gap: You will work alongside our HomePoint Home Doctors (expert field technicians) and our client coordinator teams to smoothly escalate newly created work orders and urgent requests when necessary. What We’re Looking For (Requirements) Organizational Wizardry: You have an innate ability to manage multiple moving parts, calendar invites, and details without letting things slip through the cracks. A Natural Problem Solver: You look at a chaotic schedule or map and see an exciting puzzle to solve. Great Communication: You can chat comfortably with customers to schedule appointments and collaborate clearly with our internal team. Tech Savvy: While you don’t need specific logistics software experience, you should be comfortable picking up new digital tools, spreadsheets, and scheduling platforms quickly. The Right Attitude: No direct field-service experience is required! We are looking for entry-level candidates with a background in retail, hospitality, administrative assistance, or customer service who are ready to take initiative and learn.
