About Us Enabling Capital Group is the parent company of several growing family entertainment and hospitality brands throughout the San Antonio area, including Painting with a Twist, Taste Buds Kitchen, and MilkShake Factory. We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Business Operations Coordinator who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, supporting teams, and helping businesses operate efficiently. This role supports multiple brands and locations and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in getting things done. This is not a traditional office position. One day you may be organizing inventory, coordinating an event, analyzing the profitability of a promotion, mounting a television, troubleshooting a facility issue, helping reduce costs, or supporting a special project. Position Summary The Business Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational success of multiple business locations throughout the San Antonio and New Braunfels markets. This role supports facilities, inventory management, event logistics, vendor coordination, customer experience, administrative projects, business analysis, and operational efficiency initiatives. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, dependable, and comfortable working independently while interacting with customers, employees, instructors, artists, vendors, and leadership. Compensation & Benefits · Hourly Salary $15 (Target 20 hours per week) · Quarterly Performance Bonus: Up to $650 per quarter based on achievement of Operational Efficiency and Cost Control KPIs · Monthly Travel Stipend: $150 · Flexible Scheduling · Opportunities for advancement as the company continues to grow As a non-exempt employee, all hours worked must be accurately recorded. Any overtime must be approved in advance. Key Responsibilities -- Operations & Facilities · Maintain operational readiness across multiple business locations · Assist with facility upkeep and maintenance projects · Perform basic repairs and studio improvements · Coordinate maintenance vendors and service providers Inventory & Cost Control · Monitor inventory levels and supply usage · Organize storage and inventory areas · Assist with inventory counts and audits · Identify opportunities to reduce waste and control costs Events & Logistics · Coordinate supplies and materials for classes, camps, parties, and events · Support offsite events, community outreach activities, and special projects Qualifications Required · Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills · Strong problem-solving abilities · Strong organizational and time management skills · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision · Reliable transportation & valid drivers license. Ability to travel between company locations · Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
