Operations Coordinator
Full-time Position

Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Operations Coordinator is focused on bringing together the Operations department’s employees, products, clients and other resources for the company. This includes but is not limited to coordinating schedules and general administrative work.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Streamlines and delegates activities to staff
- Coordinates schedules of staff
- Train and evaluate employees
- Ensure the division is on track to meet its financial goals
- Ensure the division complies with company policies
- Assess the performance of the department against the business’s goals and plans
- Conducts performance evaluations on lower-level positions
- Motivate staff and give positive and constructive feedback
- Build strong relationships with Russo management, industry partners and vendors
- Works with other division coordinators and management to ensure divisions goals are met
- Assist with special projects and other tasks as defined by management
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good general computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work well with various levels of staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solver
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Knowing all aspects of warehouse operations
Credentials and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing or relevant field preferred
- 1 year of operations or warehouse experience
Physical Demands
- Employee must possess the ability to lift, carry, push and pull materials and objects weighing between 40-50lbs
- Required to bend, stoop, kneel, reach and climb to perform work
- May be required to stand, walk and use hands and fingers for long periods of time
