We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Fulfillment & Operations Coordinator to help keep our weekly operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on, flexible, part-time role that allows you to learn a bunch of small business orerations such as e-commerce order fulfillment, inventory management, production coordination, wholesale order fulfilment, and general warehouse operations. You’ll work independently much of the time and will be responsible for making sure customers receive their orders accurately and on time and that we have the inventory and supplies needed to keep the business running. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys organization, takes ownership of their work, notices problems before they become emergencies, and likes working for a small entrepreneurial company where their work has a visible impact and wants to have autonomy and impact with time flexibility. Schedule: Approximately 20–25 hours per week, with potential for additional hours as the company grows. Compensation: $20–$25/hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship e-commerce orders accurately and on time, primarily Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Manage fulfillment across Shopify and other sales channels. Monitor Amazon orders and inventory levels. Fulfill orders for B2B, wholesale and Faire Help maintain accurate inventory counts for coffee, packaging, shipping supplies, and other production materials. Help conduct weekly coffee inventory counts and help forecast upcoming inventory needs. Help coordinate production based on inventory levels and forecasts Communicate with customer-service about carrier issues or stockouts. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and fulfillment area. Support the operations of our event sales channel Maintain and improve documented recurring processes. Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment efficiency, reduce shipping or supply costs, and simplify operations. Report damaged equipment, supply issues, inventory discrepancies, and other operational problems promptly. Work directly with the founder and CEO Because Peak State is a small and growing company, responsibilities may evolve over time. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable jumping in where needed and helping make our systems better as we grow.
