In this role, you will support various aspects of our daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination across departments, overseeing vendor relationships, supporting the sales team, and other administrative functions. Duties Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across departments Oversee and develop vendor relationships Create and track purchase orders in QuickBooks Online; match receipts to POs and flag discrepancies Receive and ship parts to support field service engineers Drive a company van for regional pickups and deliveries of equipment and parts Assist with expense tracking Support sales admin with quoting, customer emails/calls, and follow-ups on order or service requests Communicate effectively with customers and team members via phone, email, and in-person interactions Prepare reports and analysis to support decision-making processes. Support the maintenance of the company's Quality Management System alongside the Inventory Manager and Director of Laser Technology Experience Proven experience in operations, inventory, purchasing, sales support, or a similar office + warehouse mix Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and spreadsheet management. Familiarity with financial software such as QuickBooks or other accounting platforms. Experience with vendor management Excellent organizational skills Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to switch between admin, sales support, warehouse, and other tasks Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—with a customer service-oriented mindset Schedule & location Full-time, Monday–Friday, on-site in West Berlin, NJ Occasional overtime during inventory counts, shipping/receiving peaks, or delivery runs Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Education: Associate (Preferred) Experience: Inventory management: 4 years (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Ability to Commute: West Berlin, NJ 08091 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
