Operations Associate Full-Time The Role As an Operations Associate, you’ll help keep our collectibles operations running smoothly—from receiving and organizing Pokémon cards to preparing orders for shipment. Your attention to detail will help ensure every card is accurately tracked, carefully handled, and delivered to the right customer. You’ll work alongside our operations team to manage inventory, fulfill orders, and improve the processes that support our growth. Please include your schedule preferences and availability in your application. What You’ll Do Carefully pack and ship Pokémon cards and other collectibles. Sort, organize, and scan graded cards to maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory. Upload cards into our digital inventory system and verify item details. Check orders for accuracy and securely package collectibles for shipment. Maintain a clean, secure, and well-organized workspace. Work with the team to meet daily processing and fulfillment goals. Share ideas to improve efficiency, accuracy, and the customer experience. What You’ll Bring At least one year of experience in operations, fulfillment, inventory processing, administration, or a similar fast-paced environment. Availability to work a full-time, 40-hour weekly schedule. Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance accuracy with speed. A dependable work ethic and pride in handling customers’ collectibles with care. Resourcefulness, adaptability, and a willingness to help wherever needed. Comfort learning digital tools and following inventory procedures. An interest in Pokémon cards or collectibles is a plus, but isn’t required.
