DeltCorp Security Group is seeking detail-oriented, professional Dispatchers to join our growing team at a new Operations Center in Sparta, TN . This position will handle requests via phone, texts, and online systems. Dispatchers are responsible for managing inbound and outbound communication, monitoring field activity, and ensuring proper coverage of all scheduled posts. Successful candidates will possess strong multitasking abilities and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. DeltCorp Security Group is now hiring part-time and full-time Operations Center Dispatchers in the Sparta, TN area. All applicants must pass a criminal background investigation and drug screening prior to job placement. Schedule: Part-time & Full-time shifts available (Day, Evening, Overnight, and Holidays) Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour Responsibilities include: Receiving and placing calls to field employees Monitoring CCTV and GPS systems Verifying officer check-ins and post coverage Finding coverage for special assignments or last-minute call-outs Responding to incidents and escalating when necessary Keeping accurate reports and internal documentation Communicating professionally through email, phone, and messaging platforms Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook Ability to multitask on a regular basis in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn High attention to detail and organization Professional appearance and attitude High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Reliable transportation Valid state-issued Driver’s License and Social Security Card Must pass a background check and drug screening To Apply: Reply to this ad with your resume.
