Online Auto Parts Shipping Associate

Job Overview Supports the online parts department by accurately preparing, packaging, and shipping customer orders across Canada. This position works closely with Online Parts Specialists to ensure orders are processed efficiently, packaged securely, and shipped in a timely manner while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. Duties Pick, verify, and prepare parts for outgoing online orders. Package parts securely to prevent damage during shipping. Prepare shipping labels, documentation, and courier paperwork. Coordinate outgoing shipments with courier services. Assist with organizing, tracking, and processing online parts orders. Maintain an organized and clean shipping and packaging area. Assist with inventory checks and locating parts as required. Communicate with the Online Parts Specialist regarding order discrepancies, shipping issues, or delays. Follow dealership procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Perform other Parts Department duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Great customer service skills Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn online ordering and shipping systems. Ability to safely lift and handle automotive parts and packages.
