In this role, you’ll be responsible for blending petroleum-based lubricants using specialized equipment, ensuring quality standards are met, and keeping operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Operate blending and production equipment safely and efficiently Follow precise procedures for mixing petroleum-based lubricants to meet quality standards Maintain accurate production records and documentation Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance Assist with inventory management and material handling Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Support other production tasks as needed Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED Reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to follow instructions from production management Forklift operation experience Basic math and calculator skills Ability to read and use a tape measure Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Demonstrated stability in previous roles (2+ years with a single employer) Who Thrives in This Role: Self-starters who take initiative and don’t need constant supervision Team players who communicate well and support their coworkers Hands-on workers who enjoy physical tasks and mechanical processes Reliable individuals who show up on time and take pride in their work Learners who are eager to grow and take on new responsibilities
