In order to do that, we need a driven Oil and Propane Delivery Driver to join our Cheshire, CT team and safely deliver fuel across central CT and Greater New Haven County. You'll follow all DOT rules to carefully deliver propane and home heating oil to residential and light commercial clients along your assigned route. Every morning, you'll pull tickets, run your route, and carefully handle the truck's hose, working in all seasons and weather conditions. You'll fill out paperwork, perform DOT inspections, and professionally represent our company during all driving activities and customer interactions. This role can also take on leadership responsibilities, allowing you to build up your experience in training drivers, managing difficult stops, and effectively responding to spills, refusals, or other incidents. What You Need: Class B CDL with tanker (N) and hazardous materials (H) endorsements (or ability to complete training and pass testing) Current DOT medical certification Clean driving record and the ability to pass DOT testing Comfort working outdoors in all seasons, including winter Preferred - Class A CDL Preferred - Knowledge about central Connecticut roadways and neighborhoods Preferred - Experience delivering propane or home heating oil UNLOCK YOUR POTENTIAL – APPLY TODAY!
