Office Manager for OBGYN and Cosmetic Office Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations at our OBGYN and Cosmetic practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth practice management, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing administrative tasks, supporting clinical staff, and creating a welcoming environment for patients. The Office Manager will play a vital role in coordinating various aspects of the practice to ensure optimal patient care and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments, patient check-ins, and check-outs. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. Oversee practice management tasks such as billing, coding, and insurance processing to ensure accurate and timely reimbursements. Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems with accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth clinic workflows and patient care delivery. Handle administrative duties including inventory management, supply ordering, and maintaining office policies. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards. Support staff training and development related to practice procedures and software use. Assist in managing patient communications via phone, email, or messaging platforms. Requirements Proven experience in office management within a healthcare setting, preferably in an OBGYN or cosmetic practice. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for patients. Familiarity with practice management systems and EMR/EHR software is essential. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities. Effective communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and vendors. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, billing procedures, and insurance processes is preferred. Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
