Office Dispatcher/ Service Advisor

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Office Dispatcher/Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will coordinate towing operations, manage customer interactions, and ensure seamless communication between drivers, clients, and internal departments. You will also schedule customers for automotive repair and perform basic service advisor duties and estimating. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where organization, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success. Duties Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls from customers, drivers, and internal teams with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to phone etiquette standards. Coordinate vehicle dispatching using towing dispatch software. Perform Auto repair shop scheduling and minor service writing and estimating. Minor Billing and Accounting roles . Qualifications Must be able to read, speak and write English. Reliable form of transportation in all weather. Great customer service skills Ability to learn the Auto Repair Side of scheduling and service writing. We are a family owned company looking to add a valuable member to our team . We will training all individuals and provide complete support as they develop along the way.
