This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to learn our business, develop their skills, and grow into a dispatching role. Training on BuildOps, our service management software, will be provided. Responsibilities Answer calls professionally and gather accurate service information. Enter and update jobs, customer details, and property information in BuildOps. Assist with dispatching, scheduling, and communicating with technicians. Arrange building and suite access with caretakers and property managers. Follow up on outstanding jobs, missing information, and customer requests. Maintain accurate job notes, records, and supporting documents. Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and general office duties. Help keep shared office spaces tidy and supplies stocked. Support the office team as daily priorities change. What we’re looking for Punctual, reliable, and organized. Strong computer skills and confidence in learning new software. Clear communication and a friendly, professional phone manner. Attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills. Ability to manage interruptions and stay calm during busy periods. Initiative, follow-through, and a willingness to learn. A team player interested in a steady career with room to grow. Office administration, customer service, scheduling, or dispatching experience is an asset. Previous BuildOps experience is welcome but not required.
