Office Admin & Dispatch Coordinator (Remote)

We're a family-owned dumpster rental company serving contractors and homeowners in Houston and San Antonio. We're growing fast, and what sets us apart is simple: we answer the phone, we show up when we say we will, and we make it easy to work with us. We're looking for someone who can be the friendly, organized voice of our company. This is a fully remote role for someone living in Texas. You'll be the first person our customers talk to, and the person who makes sure every order is set up right so our drivers can do their jobs. What you'll do Answer calls, texts and emails from customers and contractors Quote prices and book dumpster deliveries, swaps and pickups in our dispatch software Get every detail right the first time: address, placement, access, contact person, PO Keep customers updated and follow up so nothing falls through the cracks Work with our drivers and operations team throughout the day Help with invoices, payments and other office tasks as you grow in the role What we're looking for 2+ years of phone-based customer service, scheduling, or dispatch experience A warm, confident phone voice. Customers should feel taken care of. Very detail-oriented. You double-check your work without being asked. Comfortable learning new software (we use Docket, Quo and Outlook) Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently from home Quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet Construction, trucking, equipment rental or waste industry experience is a plus, not required Schedule and pay Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Central $17 to $20/hr depending on experience, with room to grow as the company grows 1 week paid vacation and 6 paid holidays 401(k) with a company match up to 4% 90-day introductory period How to apply Apply here with your resume.
