Job ID 637781 Type Full-time Location Winona, MN 55987 Departments Supply Chain Date Published September 30, 2026 End Date 10-14-2026 Job Description OEM Supply Chain Support 217 Patenaude Dr, Winona, MN 55987 MN800 Distribution Center Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm OVERVIEW: The OEM Supply Chain Support role will provide operational and administrative support for OEM supply chain programs by coordinating sourcing, procurement, inventory management, supplier relationships and customer requirements. Working across multiple functions, this position will support the efficient execution of supply chain activities, exceptional customer service and the continuous improvement initiatives that drive customer success and business growth. RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: o Reviewing customer requirements and sourcing opportunities to ensure products, suppliers and solutions align with customer expectations, quality requirements and applicable industry standards o Supporting sales teams and branches with sourcing, quoting and procurement activities for direct material opportunities o Maintaining supply chain, quality and customer program documentation, records and reporting o Coordinating communication between customers, suppliers, sales teams, sourcing, operations, quality and other stakeholders o Supporting the planning, coordination and execution of customer supply chain programs o Communicating effectively with all stakeholders, both internal and external REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: o Proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite o Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork o Highly motivated, self-directed and customer-service oriented o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of analyzing data, interpreting results and making informed decisions o Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment o Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications o Meet the requirements to legally handle CUI/ITAR products and data o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY) PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: o Advanced knowledge of excel o OEM and aerospace industry knowledge o Possess or are working towards a degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management OR have equivalent industry experience ABOUT US: Since 1967 Fastenal has grown as a distributor of industrial and construction supplies from a single branch to a Fortune 500 company with over 3,000 servicing locations, each providing tailored local inventory and personal service for our customers.
