What You’ll Do
• Handle daily ocean import shipments from arrival to delivery
• Coordinate with shipping lines, terminals, truckers, warehouses, and customs brokers
• Communicate with overseas agents and internal teams
• Arrange truck deliveries and meet shipment deadlines
• Maintain and support existing customer accounts
What We’re Looking For
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in an office environment
• CargoWise experience is a plus, but training is provided
Schedule & Pay
• Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Pay starts at $20/hour, based on experience (negotiable)
• This is an in-person position
