We offer clients ocean, air, trucking, warehousing, customs brokerage, and supply chain services worldwide. What You’ll Do Support Ocean Import Operations (FCL & LCL shipments) Assist with shipment coordination, documentation, and data entry Communicate with overseas agents and internal teams Help arrange truck deliveries and meet shipment deadlines Maintain and support existing customer accounts What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding (preferred, not required) Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Strong communication and time-management skills Ability to multitask in an office environment Cargowise experience is a plus, but training is provided Schedule & Pay Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with half hour lunch break Pay salary from $39,500.00- $50,000.00 a year based on experience This is an in-person position Benefits 401(k) with matching Medical, Dental & Vision insurance Paid sick leave and paid holidays Growth and advancement opportunities Must be authorized to work in the U.S. No OPT sponsorship available.
