We offer competitive percentage-based compensation, performance incentives, consistent freight opportunities, and weekend home time. Compensation & Incentives Base Pay: 28% of gross load revenue. Performance Bonuses: Earn up to 30% of gross load revenue. Safety Incentives: Additional rewards for clean DOT inspections and excellent safety performance. Extra Load Incentives: Opportunities to increase earnings by completing additional loads. Responsibilities Operate a Class A tractor-trailer with a flatbed trailer. Transport freight safely across interstate routes. Properly secure loads using chains, straps, and binders. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Maintain accurate driving logs and comply with DOT regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatch. Ensure timely pickup and delivery of freight. Requirements Valid CDL Class A license. Flatbed driving experience preferred. Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Valid DOT medical certificate. Knowledge of flatbed load securement. Ability to operate safely on long-distance routes. Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism. Schedule & Home Time OTR interstate routes. Typically Monday through Friday on the road. Home on weekends. Consistent freight opportunities.
