A State Lead in your area assigns your trips and is who you call. Dispatch is there if you need a hand on the road. Your day Confirm your trips the night before Pick riders up at home, get them to the appointment, and take them back when they are done Log your trips in the app. We walk you through it A lot of the people you drive are older, or living with a disability, and cannot get themselves to care on their own.
