Non-Commercial Driver's License Local Box Truck Driver

Overview As a Non-Commercial Driver’s License Local Box Truck Driver, you’ll move products safely from the warehouse to local delivery destinations. You’ll drive a box truck on assigned routes, and provide helpful, professional service at each stop. This role combines driving, warehouse operations, and hands-on loading and unloading. Duties Drive a box truck on local routes, follow traffic regulations, and complete deliveries accurately and safely. Load and unload products; use a pallet jack or other material handling equipment when appropriate. Apply safe lifting practices when moving heavy items and handling workplace loads. Use a mobile device to review route information, record delivery progress, and communicate updates. Your impact: Careful handling and dependable delivery help customers receive their orders safely and on time. Requirements Valid driver’s license appropriate for a non-commercial box truck; ability to meet applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements. Must have a DOT Card Able to pass TSA Requirements Safe driving habits Must have a Good Driving Record. Able to operate Pallet jack and 26 foot Box Truck with Liftgate 2 years experience includes delivery driving, route driving, commercial truck driving Warehouse experience, warehouse operations, manual handling, material handling equipment operation, pallet jack use, moving, load and unload tasks, and heavy lifting are useful. Customer service skills and experience adhering to traffic regulations are valued.
