Must have full understanding of Amazon Rely. Duties Safely operate your personal or designated box truck or van to deliver goods to multiple locations following planned routes. Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, or material handling equipment while adhering to safe lifting practices. Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Comply with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, traffic laws, and company policies during all driving activities. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety standards are met; report any maintenance issues promptly. Manage documentation related to deliveries, including delivery logs, route sheets, and proof of delivery forms via mobile devices or other electronic systems. Assist with warehouse operations when required, including inventory management and material handling tasks such as moving pallets or boxes within storage areas. Skills Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations with a focus on manual handling and heavy lifting. Valid non-commercial driver’s license with clean driving record; experience with commercial truck driving is a plus. Proficiency in operating box trucks, vans, or similar vehicles with manual transmissions. Strong knowledge of route driving strategies and adherence to traffic regulations for safe transportation. Ability to manually handle heavy loads using proper techniques; experience with pallet jacks and material handling equipment is desirable. Excellent customer service skills to ensure positive interactions during deliveries. Familiarity with mobile devices for route navigation, delivery confirmation, and communication purposes. Must have experience working with Amazon Rely.
