Non-CDL Box Truck Driver – Over-the-Road (OTR) Pay: 25% of Each Load | Paid Weekly | Multiple Home-Time Options Job Overview We are seeking dependable, motivated, and safety-conscious Non-CDL Box Truck Drivers to join our growing trucking company. Drivers will operate a 26-foot box truck to transport and deliver freight safely and efficiently while maintaining professional communication with dispatchers, brokers, and customers. This position is ideal for drivers who are comfortable with over-the-road (OTR) driving, loading and unloading freight, and spending extended periods on the road. Our trucks are equipped with an in-cab sleeping unit for driver comfort during overnight and long-distance trips. We offer competitive percentage-based pay, weekly payments, and multiple scheduling options to accommodate different lifestyles. Pay & Benefits Pay: 25% of each load. Pay frequency: Paid weekly. Sleeping accommodations: In-cab sleeping unit provided. Flexible home time: Choose from available scheduling options: Monday–Friday on the road. Three weeks on the road, followed by one week at home. Job Responsibilities Safely operate a 26-foot box truck for local and long-distance freight transportation. Pick up and deliver loads according to assigned schedules. Load and unload freight using a pallet jack and other appropriate equipment. Secure cargo properly and verify shipment paperwork. Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Communicate professionally with dispatch, brokers, and customers. Follow applicable DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures. Maintain accurate delivery records and report any mechanical issues promptly. Keep the truck clean and maintain a professional working environment. Requirements Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle being operated; a CDL is not required for qualifying vehicles. Acceptable driving record. Previous box truck, delivery, warehouse, or commercial driving experience preferred. Must be willing and physically able to load and unload freight using a pallet jack. Must be comfortable driving long distances and staying overnight on the road. Ability to follow GPS navigation, delivery instructions, and dispatch communications. Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and professional. Must be willing to work one of the available over-the-road schedules.
