Pay & Compensation Average pay: $1,300 - $1,600/week Estimated annual pay: $68,000 - $84,000 CPM: 55¢ - 65¢ (based on experience) Stop pay: $10 per stop Average miles: 2,200 - 2,600 per week Home Time Once a week 2 days at home after every 5 days on the road Orientation One day long $300 paid with your first paycheck upon hire Transportation and hotel provided Includes an English proficiency test and driving skills assessment Freight Run regional routes throughout the Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas markets , hauling 100% no-touch dry van freight . Take advantage of consistent freight availability and regular runs across these three states Equipment Operate 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworth T680s .
