New drivers are encouraged to apply for this regional opportunity, with weekly home time that gives you a consistent chance to recharge and spend time with family while gaining valuable experience on the road Pay & Compensation Average pay: $1,300 - $1,700/week Estimated annual pay: $68,000 - $89,000 CPM: 55¢ - 70¢ (increased 1 CPM annually , maxing out in 15 years) Average miles: 2,400 - 2,700 per week Home Time Home every week for 2 consecutive days Orientation One day long $300 paid with your first paycheck upon hire Transportation and hotel provided Includes an English proficiency test and driving skills assessment Freight Run regional dry van routes throughout the South , hauling 100% no-touch freight from pickup to delivery. Keep your wheels turning with consistent, year-round loads across the region Benefits Pet & Rider program Safety equipment provided Dental, Vision & Medical insurance 401(k) with match Weekly direct deposit Disability, Life, Accident, and Critical Illness coverage Benefits eligibility begins after 30 days Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle Pick up and deliver freight on assigned regional routes Maintain professional communication with customers, dispatch, and team members Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation Follow DOT, FMCSA, company, and safety regulations Communicate with dispatch about load status, delays, and delivery updates Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) No prior driving experience required recent CDL grads encouraged to apply Minimum age of 21 years old Valid DOT medical card Must pass DOT-required pre-employment drug and alcohol screening MVR that satisfies DOT and company safety requirements Must reside within 75 miles of Marietta, GA Legally authorized to work in the United States Why apply with US?
