CDL-A Reefer Truck Driver – No Experience | $1,500–$2,000 Weekly Location: McDonough, GA We are currently hiring dependable CDL-A drivers for over-the-road refrigerated freight opportunities based out of the Decatur and Conley, Georgia area. This position offers competitive weekly earnings, consistent freight, and opportunities for both newly licensed CDL graduates and experienced professional drivers. Qualified trainees are welcome to apply. Drivers will operate on established multi-state OTR routes with scheduled home time every two weeks. Pay & Compensation Average Weekly Earnings: $1,500–$2,000 Solo Weekly Mileage: Approximately 1,900–2,500+ miles $100 Flat-Rate Short-Haul Pay Driver Performance Bonus opportunities Monthly performance bonuses based on meeting program requirements Consistent refrigerated freight with opportunities for steady mileage Position Overview Position: CDL-A Reefer Truck Driver Employment Type: Full-Time Freight Type: Refrigerated Routes: Multi-State Experience: Recent CDL Graduates & Experienced Drivers Home Time: Every Two Weeks Driving Schedule: Day and Night Freight Unloading: No Driver Unloading Required Home Time & Schedule Home every two weeks Daytime and overnight driving assignments Weekend availability required Home-time arrangements coordinated with dispatch Freight & Equipment Refrigerated trailer operations Temperature-controlled freight No physical freight unloading required by drivers Solo and mentor/team driving opportunities Established freight lanes across multiple regions Driver Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on assigned OTR routes Transport refrigerated freight between designated pickup and delivery locations Monitor and maintain required trailer temperature settings Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies Communicate with dispatch regarding loads, schedules, and deliveries Complete assigned deliveries safely and on time Driver Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) No previous professional driving experience required for qualified trainees Recent CDL graduates are welcome Experienced CDL-A drivers are encouraged to apply No additional endorsements required Must meet applicable DOT qualification and safety standards Acceptable motor vehicle record Comfortable driving during daytime and nighttime hours Why Consider This Opportunity?
