With weekly home time , you can develop your skills, grow your confidence on the road, and build your future without putting family time on hold Pay & Compensation Average pay: $1,600 - $1,900/week Estimated annual pay: $84,000 - $100,000 Unload pay: $250 CPM: 85¢ - 100¢ (based on experience) Average miles: 1,500 - 1,700 per week Home Time Home every week for 2 consecutive days Orientation One day long $300 paid with your first paycheck upon hire Transportation and hotel provided Includes an English proficiency test and driving skills assessment Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle Pick up and deliver freight on assigned regional routes Maintain professional communication with customers, dispatch, and team members Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation Follow DOT, FMCSA, company, and safety regulations Communicate with dispatch about load status, delays, and delivery updates Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) No prior driving experience required recent CDL grads encouraged to apply Minimum age of 21 years old Valid DOT medical card Must pass DOT-required pre-employment drug and alcohol screening MVR that satisfies DOT and company safety requirements Must reside within 50 miles of Bethlehem, PA Legally authorized to work in the United States Requirements Class A CDL No experience required - experience is a plus, not a must Clean driving record - no DUIs, no reckless driving, no 15+ over Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screening Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Why apply with US?
