No Experience CDL A Regional Truck Driver OPENING We are hiring full-time CDL-A drivers out of Gilbert, AZ. Run preloaded, get home on a regular rotation, and reset at home. Trainees and first-seat drivers are both welcome, and no endorsements are required. PAY Average weekly pay: $1,500–$1,700 Weekly mileage: 2,400–2,700 miles CPM rate: $0.54-$0.65 Stop pay: $15 per stop JOB DETAILS Position: Dedicated | Full-Time Lane: Regional lanes Freight: Preloaded, mainly complete deliveries. A load gets shuttled to you, you deliver to the stores, then head back for another. Home Time: 34-hour restart at home. REQUIREMENTS Valid CDL-A license Minimum age: 21 years old Trainee or first-seat experienced drivers welcome No endorsements required Must live within 50 miles of Gilbert, AZ RESPONSIBILITIES Safely operate a CDL-A truck on dedicated routes Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate ELD logs Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies Communicate with dispatch on trip progress WHY THIS POSITION?
