Our Company is currently recruiting Class A CDL drivers for Western Regional opportunities. Whether you're a newly licensed CDL-A driver, an experienced solo driver, or looking for a team-driving opportunity, we have positions available for different experience levels. Enjoy relatively short regional runs across 11 Western states, competitive earning opportunities, and the flexibility to stay closer to your home region. AT A GLANCE Average weekly earnings: $1,000–$1,500 Trainee pay: $850 Weekly mileage: 1,700–2,100 miles Home time: Every two weeks Dry Van freight Routes primarily within 11 Western states Most runs are approximately 2 days or less Solo and team opportunities available Day and night shifts Performance bonuses up to $0.06 per mile $15 stop pay Unloading compensation up to $80 per load PAY & COMPENSATION Competitive mileage-based pay according to the standard OTR pay scale. Average weekly earnings of $1,000–$1,500. Trainee pay starting at $850. Guaranteed pay program for 3 months following your first solo dispatch. Driver performance bonus of up to $0.06 per mile for qualified drivers. $15 additional pay per stop. $20 for unloading assistance using a pallet jack or liftgate. $80 for qualifying full hand-unload loads. Actual earnings depend on experience, mileage, performance, and applicable compensation terms. ROUTES & HOME TIME Primarily operates across 11 Western states. Runs generally take no more than 2 days. Home time every two weeks. Opportunities to run beyond the Western region if desired. Both day and night shifts available. Drivers should be comfortable with occasional winter driving conditions. WHO CAN APPLY? We are accepting applications from: Newly licensed CDL-A drivers (trainees). Experienced first-seat drivers. Drivers with at least 1 year of experience. Solo drivers. Team drivers. Drivers looking for OTR experience with Western Regional coverage. REQUIREMENTS Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A). Must meet applicable DOT and carrier qualification requirements. Must be willing to work regional OTR routes. Must be comfortable with day or night driving schedules. Must be prepared for occasional winter driving conditions. Must meet the account's hiring eligibility requirements. Must reside within the specified 1,000-mile hiring radius of a California ZIP code. Please Note: Owner-operators are not accepted.
