Night Shift Picker/Packer Warehouse Team Member – Full-Time Pay: From $15.50 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–12:30 AM Job Description: Custom BackOffice Solutions is hiring full-time Night Shift Picker/Packer Warehouse Team Members to support our growing eCommerce fulfillment operations. This position will be part of a dedicated second-shift team responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders for shipment. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members who can work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization. Primary Job Duties: Pick, inspect, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Move and sort goods and materials throughout the warehouse Label, box, and prepare products according to client and shipping requirements Stock and replenish picking shelves and work areas Process and complete outbound shipments Assist with pallet building and shipment preparation Maintain organized client picking shelves, packing stations, and overstock areas Keep the warehouse and assigned work areas clean and orderly Accurately follow pick tickets and order instructions Support the Night Shift Lead in completing daily production goals Major Responsibilities: Read customer orders and accurately locate required products Retrieve the correct product, quantity, size, and variation for each order Inspect products for accuracy and visible damage before packing Complete the packing process accurately and efficiently Apply labels and prepare cartons according to shipping requirements Place completed orders in designated staging and shipping areas Build and wrap pallets when required Restock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment when authorized Maintain accurate records of completed orders and assigned work Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, equipment issues, or other concerns to the Night Shift Lead Maintain warehouse equipment and report malfunctions Follow all warehouse safety, quality, attendance, dress code, and operational policies Assist with end-of-shift cleanup and organization so the warehouse is prepared for the following day Work cooperatively with other team members to meet nightly production and shipping goals What We Are Looking For: Reliable and consistent attendance Ability to work the full 4:00 PM–12:30 AM shift Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team Willingness to learn warehouse and fulfillment procedures Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift Ability to safely lift and move packages and products as required Previous warehouse, fulfillment, picking, packing, shipping, or inventory experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.
