Night Shift Administrative & Yard Operations CoordinatorPart night owl. Part master organizer. All about keeping things moving. Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 p.m.–4:30 a.m. When the sun goes down, the work doesn’t stop—and neither does our team. Zane Investigations is looking for a dependable, organized night-shift coordinator to support our field agents and oversee yard operations. If you enjoy variety, solving problems, and being the person who knows what’s happening, this could be your next career adventure . One minute you’re photographing a vehicle. The next, you’re coordinating with a transporter, helping an agent in the field, or updating inventory records. Your desk is home base—not the entire mission. No cape required. Clear communication, good judgment, and accurate data entry will do nicely. Your Nighttime Schedule Sunday through Thursday. 8:00 p.m.–4:30 a.m. Dependable attendance and availability for the entire assigned shift are required. If 8:00 p.m. sounds like a starting time instead of a bedtime, you’re speaking our language. Your Nighttime Mission Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Vehicle photography: Take clear, accurate photos of vehicles. Think useful documentation—not glamour shots. Lot security monitoring: Monitor lot security and report concerns or unusual activity. Keep your eyes open and your superhero instincts parked. Vehicle releases: Coordinate and complete vehicle releases to transporters, following company procedures and documenting each release. Agent liaison: Serve as a reliable point of contact between field agents and the office, keeping information flowing and everyone on the same page. Dispatch and field support: Dispatch assignments, communicate updates, help agents with questions, and provide office assistance while they work in the field. Inventory checks and reporting: Check vehicle inventory, maintain accurate records, and report discrepancies. “It’s probably around here somewhere” is not an inventory system. Data entry: Enter and update information accurately so the next person doesn’t need a detective board and red string to figure it out. Customer communication: Respond professionally to customer text messages and phone calls, provide assistance, and route questions appropriately. Who We’re Looking For Someone who can keep things organized when several tasks need attention—and stay professional when the phone rings right as a transporter arrives. You’ll fit this role if you bring: Dependability and availability to work Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 p.m.–4:30 a.m. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate records. Clear, professional phone, text, and in-person communication. Comfort using computers and learning company systems. The ability to prioritize tasks and follow company procedures. A helpful, team-oriented attitude with the confidence to work independently. Sound judgment and the willingness to ask questions or escalate concerns when needed. A sense of humor is welcome. Knowing when to get serious is essential. The Role in a Nutshell You’ll help keep the yard accounted for, the office organized, transporters coordinated, customers informed, and field agents supported. It’s a behind-the-scenes role with plenty happening in front of you—ideal for someone who likes a mix of administrative work, communication, and hands-on yard responsibilities. Application Question Are you available to consistently work Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.? Ready to Join the Night Crew? If you’re dependable, detail-focused, and ready for a role that goes beyond staring at a spreadsheet, apply to join Zane Investigations. Bring your focus and your ready-to-help attitude.
