We specialize in moving time-sensitive, high-value, and specialized freight across the U.S., including food, military, and correctional shipments. To support our 24/7 operation, we’re hiring a Night Dispatcher / After-Hours Coordinator to handle overnight and weekend freight monitoring, driver communication, and issue resolution. Position Overview: This is a dispatch role with after hours ,overnight, and some weekends scheduled. You’ll monitor active freight shipments, communicate with drivers, and help resolve any delivery or transit issues outside of standard business hours. Paid training provided — logistics experience is helpful but not required. Schedule Options: Weeknight shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM EST) Weekend coverage (Friday night thru Sunday night preferred) Full-time / Part Time Key Responsibilities: Track and monitor overnight freight deliveries across the U.S ,Canada, and Mexico. Communicate with drivers, customers, and carriers as needed Respond quickly to delays, breakdowns, missed appointments, or routing issues Update shipment statuses in our TMS (Transportation Management System) Ensure 24/7 coverage by coordinating handoffs with daytime dispatchers Qualifications: Dispatch or logistics experience preferred — but not required Must be reliable, self-sufficient, and calm under pressure Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and make quick decisions Comfortable using email, phone, and computer systems at night What We Offer: Competitive Hourly Pay Paid training and full team support Bonus potential based on performance Opportunity to grow into full-time logistics coordinator or operations roles Be part of a responsive, respected logistics company with real freight and real volume Make your nights count — join a fast-growing transportation team that runs 24/7.
