Midwest Regional - Dry Van Location: Plano, TX Weekly Pay: $1,300-$1,500 Annual Earnings: $64,800-$75,400 Mileage Pay: $0.60-$0.75 CPM Contact: Sean Miller – (870) 877-6665 Job Overview We are looking for dependable CDL-A drivers to join our regional dry van fleet based in Plano, TX. Drivers will operate throughout the Midwest, transporting freight on established regional routes. This opportunity offers competitive mileage pay, performance incentives, and scheduled home time every two weeks. Pay & Compensation $1,300-$1,500 average weekly earnings $0.60-$0.75 CPM , depending on experience $15 stop pay Guaranteed pay for the first three months after the first solo dispatch Additional performance-based bonuses Routes & Freight Regional routes throughout the Midwest Approximately 2,000-2,500 miles per week Dry van freight Primarily preload and drop-and-hook operations Home every two weeks Schedule Day and night shifts available Weekend work required Holiday work as needed Responsibilities Safely operate a tractor-trailer on assigned regional routes. Transport freight and meet scheduled delivery appointments. Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain accurate driving logs and delivery paperwork. Communicate with dispatch about delays or route changes. Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards.
